AYUSH Medical Officer Dr. Rimpal Choudhary told that beetroot is beneficial for our health. Compared to other vegetables, most nutrients are found in it. Iron, vitamins A and C, phosphorus and calcium are found. Beetroot contains a large amount of folate i.e. Vitamin B9, which helps the cells to grow and function properly. Iron is found in abundance in beetroot, which is considered useful in increasing blood in the body.

Consuming beetroot juice on an empty stomach in the morning is beneficial for the body. It can also be consumed in the form of salad. According to Dr. Choudhary, sugar and stone patients should not consume beetroot at all. Because it can be harmful for their body.
