Knowledge of Gita, honor of the world: the grand closing of the International Geeta Olympiad in the Gupta Vrindavan Dham

Jaipur. The International Geeta Olympiad organized by Gupta Vrindavan Dham, Jaipur to convey the divine message of Gita to the people ended today with a grand prize distribution ceremony. The ceremony was held at Krishna Hall at Dham, where the presence of participants, distinguished guests and devotees from India and abroad filled the event with spiritual dignity.

Global celebration of divine knowledge
In this unique Olympiad, participants participated online not only from different states of India but also from many countries of the world. According to the organizers, its basic purpose was to “bring the eternal knowledge of the Bhagavad Gita to the modern generation” and to connect the youth with Indian cultural values.
100 participants honored
A total of 100 participants were awarded trophy and certificate at the ceremony. Out of these, the best winners were also awarded attractive cash prizes:
Geeta Ratna (₹ 1,00,000): Anusha Kernool (Andhra Pradesh)
Geeta Vibhushan (₹ 51,000): Madhu Malti Devi Maid (Jodhpur, Rajasthan)
Geeta Bhushan (₹ 21,000): TVSNV Prasad (Hyderabad), Shweta Khandelwal (Ghaziabad), Harshit Sharma (Durg), Shivani Neel (Hyderabad)
Apart from this, 20 participants were awarded ₹ 1,100 cash and citation as “Geeta Shri”. All the remaining participants were appreciated by offering “Geeta Award”.
Chief guest and dignified presence of organizing committee
The chief guest of the ceremony was Mr. Omprakash Modi ji, Chairman of OK Plus Builders, while Mrs. Sohlata Modi of Krishna Bhavnamrit Center was present as special guests. Both guests actively participated in the success of the event and underlined the social and spiritual importance of the Bhagavad Gita.
The program was chaired by Shri Amitasana Das Ji, President of Hare Krishna Movement Jaipur. In his pithy statement, he said, “Gita is not just a religious text, but a universal knowledge that gives direction to humanity. It is the true practice to bring it into life.”
Olympiad 2026 announcement
At the end of the ceremony, it was announced by the Gupta Vrindavan Dham that the International Gita Olympiad 2026 would be organized on more large and wide level, which would include both physical and online mediums to add more and more people.
Unique confluence of education and culture
This Olympiad was not only a competition, but it emerged as a symbol of education and culture. Through this, the younger generation understood the verses of the Gita and their practical meanings and took a concrete step towards spiritual development in life.
This event of the Gupta Vrindavan Dham has proved that eternal knowledge like Gita can be broadcast globally with spiritual awareness and coordination of modern technology.
