New Delhi: The case of rape and murder of a doctor in Kolkata is hot. Meanwhile, it has been reported that the CBI will conduct a lie detector test on the accused Sanjay Roy in this case. This test is also called a polygraph test. The CBI has sought permission from the court to conduct a polygraph test on Sanjay Roy and the CBI has filed a petition before the magistrate in Sealdah court. Please note that the polygraph test is conducted only with the consent of the court and the accused.

According to sources, it has been learnt that permission has been granted by the court to conduct this test. Now the CBI can conduct this test as soon as possible. According to sources, this test can be conducted tomorrow as well. Actually, the CBI wants to extract the truth about the incident from Sanjay. That is why this test will be conducted.
CBI Sources: CBI asked these questions to former Principal of RG Kar Medical College Sandeep Ghosh during 4 days of interrogation-
- When were you made the principal of this medical college, where were you posted before this?
- When and how did you find out about this incident that happened on the night of 8-9?
- What did the person who informed you about the incident tell you? And what did you do after that? Think and tell me in detail.
- Such a big accident happens with a trainee doctor in your hospital, when do you reach the hospital after getting the information?
- Where was the girl’s body when you came to the hospital?
- When did you see the girl’s body? You have been in the medical profession for so many years. What did you feel after seeing the body?
- As the head of the medical college, what information did you gather from the people present at that time? How many people were present there?
- Who gave you what information about the girl’s death? Please recall in detail and tell the name of the person who gave the information.
- Who called the police and when? What was told to the police?
- At what time did the police come to the hospital? How many policemen were there? Who took them to the crime scene? When and what did you talk to the policemen? How long did the policemen take to prepare the Panchnama, where were you at that time?
- When and who informed the girl’s family about the incident? How and what were they told?
- When did the family members come to the hospital? Who was handling them? Did you talk to the family?
- Who told you that this was a case of suicide?
- On whose advice was the family given wrong information? If you were not aware of it, then why did you not tell the truth to the family?
- We cannot believe that after seeing the body any doctor can call it a suicide?
- How many doctors, nursing staff and guards were on duty that night? Who makes their roster?
- How long had the accused been working here? What did the police tell you about his role in the murder?
- Whom did you call after getting information about this incident?
- When did accused Sanjay Roy meet you for the first time?
- Did you know him? What work did he do in the hospital?
- Who appoints the agencies that provide the cleaners, security guards working in your hospital?
- You were also the principal of that medical college, do you think that you performed your responsibilities as the principal properly?
- How many doctors were there who were calling this death a suicide?
- Did you declare it a suicide only on the basis of their information or did you inspect the body yourself?
- Being a senior doctor, you know that any crime scene is preserved, why did you not do so? Did you receive any kind of instruction to do so?
- Why did not any doctor of your hospital or you stop the police from conducting inquest proceedings?
- Who informed you first that this is not suicide but rape and murder?
- Did you have any conversation with the doctors who conducted the postmortem about the postmortem report?
- If yes, what did you talk about and what did they say about their findings regarding death? What were the names of the doctors you talked to?
- What time did that happen?
- What did you do after you came to know about the findings of the postmortem report? Who all did you inform about it and what did you tell them?
- Why did you resign suddenly?
- Seeing the way you resigned, anyone would think that you want to run away from this entire incident?
- Even if we assume that you resigned on moral grounds, when you were offered a new appointment, why did you not refuse or ask for some time to recover from the incident?
- We have received information that the Health Department of Calcutta wanted to take action against you, that is why you resigned. All this happened as part of a plan, we have proof of this. What would you like to say on this?
