Kotputli-Bahrod. The police of the newly formed Kotputli-Bahrod district of Rajasthan once again proved that criminals should become vicious, if the eyes of the system are awake from sleep, it does not take long to get caught. When the body of a young man was found in a deserted farm on Kund Road in Bahrod, the same old blind murder was in front of the police – no witness, no clue. But in 48 hours, the police created such a cycle that the accused themselves went to the jungles of ‘Nareeda’ and were taken from there.
Rahul Kumar – A common young man of 26 years. Rapido used to earn bread by riding a rapido bike taxi in Manesar-Gurgaon. The day the accused was killed, the accused booked his bike and brought him to Bahrod. Asked ransom, if the money did not come, then killed. This was ‘thinking’ and this was ‘plan’.
The team of DIG Rajan Dushyant and SP Vaibhav Sharma searched CCTV, questioned the salesmen of liquor contracts, check the recording of toll points, put cyber cell on the head and the result? The accused Gaurav and Rohit were arrested in a deserted house in the forest. The search for the remaining two is going on.
Fold in the story?
No one was suspicious when Rahul ordered Rs 5,000 from his friend Kaushal. But that call was the last hope of life. And the first clue for the police.
Profile of accused:
Gaurav -Dhani Bandha Wali, resident of Nagal Chaudhary, Mahendragarh (Haryana). Age 25 years. He has experience in crime, perhaps that is why he knows the art of hiding in the forest.
Rohit -Lakshwas, resident of Bahrod, age 21. Brahmin was born in clan but ‘havoc’ came out of karma.
Technical team became hero
Sandeep Kumar (Cyber Cell) and Manoj Kumar (QRT) – Both of them went beyond the theory and added the links with real time data, which led to the head of the police, which reached the forest.
