In this case, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights ie NCPCR has taken cognizance and sent a notice to Twitter regarding the issue. NCPCR has ordered Twitter to take action on Kunal Kamra’s account as well as remove the video.
Along with this, in a notice sent to Twitter, the commission also slammed Kunal Kamra for using a minor child in political matters. Along with this, it has also been directed to submit the report within seven days. The NCPCR said that using a child in a political matter is illegal and in violation of the Juvenile Act 2015. Though he is still very young, but surely he loves his country more than you, Mr Kamra or Garbage, whoever you are.
