Kuwait Fire: At least 41 people have died in a fire that broke out in a building in the southern Kuwait city of Mangaf, the country’s state media reported on Wednesday. According to reports, at least four Indians have also died in the tragic incident. The building houses a large population of Malayalam people, local media reported. Two of the deceased were from Tamil Nadu and two from North India. However, official confirmation from the authorities is still awaited.
The injured were taken to the hospital
According to a statement issued by the Kuwait Health Ministry, all the injured people, some of whom are in critical condition, have been taken to several nearby hospitals for treatment. The ministry said that medical teams are making every effort to provide proper medical care to those injured in the fire in the building.

According to reports, a fire broke out in the kitchen of the labour camp at 4:30 am on Wednesday. Some people died after jumping out of the apartment on seeing the fire, while others died due to burns and suffocation caused by smoke.
