KVS Admissions 2022 . The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) will admit students who have lost both their parents due to COVID-19 in all Kendriya Vidyalaya branches for any class from Class I to XII. Recently, this instruction has been given by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. KVS has started its admission process on February 28, 2022 and all the affected children will be given age wise admission.
Free education will be given in Kendriya Vidyalaya
Information has been given by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, children who have lost their parents due to COVID-19 pandemic will be provided free education from class 1 to 12. Students will not have to pay tuition fees. Admission of such students will be done under the VVN category (Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi) and on the recommendation of the District Magistrate of the district in which the Kendriya Vidyalaya is located. Maximum 10 students can be selected by DM.
Government changed guidelines for admission in KVS
Due to the decision of the Central Government, KVS has had to change the guidelines for admission. This provision has been added to all 1200 schools in the country, including international branches in Tehran, Moscow and Kathmandu. In this regard, instructions have been given to the regional officers of all the branches by the Deputy Commissioner of Education in KVS.
Education Ministry sent list of 4000 students
It is worth noting that so far the Ministry of Education has sent the list of more than 4000 students who are to be admitted in Kendriya Vidyalayas as beneficiaries of PM Cares for Children scheme. This list has already been given to the regional officers and principals of KVS. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan admission process started on February 28, 2022 with the registration of class 1. The registration for class 2 to 10 will take place on April 8, 2022 and the registration for class 11 will happen within 10 days from the declaration of class 10 board exam results.
