According to another document, in 2016, the mother of the victim had lodged four separate complaints against two of the six rape accused. He, however, confirmed that the rape victim had lodged an FIR against her mother and father at the Pali police station.
On November 15, FIR number (128/21) was registered under sections 323, 504 and 506. At the same time, Tilakdhari Saroj took over as the Thanedar here. Two police officers with knowledge of the matter said that only some policemen had made a settlement between the mother and daughter. Although the girl has made serious allegations against the parents in her statement. Similarly, the girl’s mother had filed two cases in 2020 against two accused Rajbhan and the girl’s aunt. Rajbhan was accused of beating his daughter. The aunt was accused of assault in an old case.
Four cases were registered against Rajbhan’s relatives and others on different dates. The last case (26/2022) was filed by Rajbhan’s mother. In this, there was an allegation of beating the son and implicating him in the charge of rape.
