26 year old driver Naresh Ram died on the spot after a brick loaded tractor overturned near Bathna village on NH-27 in Bihar News Desk police station area. The incident occurred around 12 o’clock in the day.

According to the information received regarding the incident, the driver of the deceased tractor is said to be the son of Sikandar Ram, resident of Fazilpur village of Rajepur police station area. He used to deliver bricks by tractor from the chimney located in Fazilpur village of Rajepur police station area.

He was going to Bathna village of Mehsi police station area after loading bricks from the chimney on a tractor. The tractor was plying the slope of the link path near Bathna Middle School on NH-27. In this sequence, the hitch of the tractor broke and the brick load got separated from the teller tractor and rolled down. Due to which the driver got buried under the tractor overturned. By the time people from nearby areas reached there to save him, the driver was dead. Police reached the spot with the help of local people and Road Ambulance staff and took out the body and brought it to the police station. Police Station Head Randhir Kumar Bhatt said that the family members do not want the post-mortem of the body to be done and are refusing to apply for an FIR. .

Three arrested including woman accused of attacking police

Madhuban police arrested a female accused and two red warrantees in the case of police attack and sent them to Motihari in judicial custody. Police Station Head Sanjeev Mauar said that the arrested Red Warranty is Ramnath Rai and Jaleshwar Rai of Jogolia Tola Bhagwanpur village. Tetri Devi, a female accused of Hajipur village who was accused of attacking the police 11 months ago, has been arrested.

Everyone has been sent to Motihari in judicial custody.
