How to make mango juice with milk?
Not only mango shake but also aam ras is made from mango and milk. For this you have to prepare a solution of water and sugar. Now take out the pulp of mango and mix it in it. You have to take only Dussehri mango for this. Now add 1 small cup of milk in it. Make this aam ras a little thick. Now add 1 pinch of black salt and 1 pinch of red chili powder in it. Aam ras prepared in this way can be eaten with roti.
Tips- To make aamras, take only sweet Dussehri mangoes. Do not use a mixer to mix it as it will taste like mango shake. Powdered sugar dissolves easily in aamras. You must try it with food.
