Ingredients for Oats Paneer Tikki:

  • 3 cups – oats
  • 1 cup – cottage cheese
  • 100 gms – Beans
  • 2 cups – Carrot
  • 2-3- green chillies
  • 1 1/2 tsp – red chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for shallow frying

Oats Paneer Tikki Recipe:

step 1- First wash all the vegetables thoroughly and chop them finely. These include carrots, beans and green chillies. Grind the oats in a blender to make it into a powder and grate the cheese.

Step 2- Now mix all the vegetables, paneer and oats powder in a bowl and add the spices. You have to prepare the dough for the tikki by mixing it well.

Step 3- Leave everything to set for 10 minutes and prepare dough balls in the shape of tikkis. Pour oil on the pan or griddle. Keep the flame of the gas medium high and add the tikkis and fry them. Shallow fry the tikkis until they turn light brown.

Step 4- Prepare all the tikkis in the same way and bake them on low flame until they become crispy. Now eat the tikkis with any of your favorite chutneys, green or red.
