Ingredients for making Curd Bread:
1 cup curd, bread, butter, salt as per taste, red chilli powder 2 spoons, pinch of turmeric, black pepper powder half spoon, curry leaves, half spoon saros seeds, half spoon cumin, 1 spoon oil, 1 chopped onion, chopped coriander
Recipe for making curd bread:
First step: To make curd bread, first take one cup of curd in a big vessel. Now beat the curd well. When the curd is beaten well, add salt as per taste, 2 teaspoons of red chilli powder, a pinch of turmeric, half a teaspoon of black pepper powder and mix them well. Your curd batter is ready.
Second step: Now turn on the gas and place the pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add 1 teaspoon oil in it. After that add curry leaves, half teaspoon saros seeds and half teaspoon cumin seeds. Now add this tempering to the curd and mix it well. Also add chopped green coriander to curd.
Third step: Now dip one bread in this curd batter. Turn on the gas and place a pan on it and add butter. Now place the bread dipped in curd on that pan. Cook the bread thoroughly from both sides. Your curd bread is ready. Now place the curd bread in a plate and place onion slices and green coriander leaves on the bread to garnish. Now eat it with sauce.
