- wheat flour 2 cups

Recipe for making wheat pudding
To make wheat halwa, first turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add flour to it. Fry the flour well. When the dough turns red, take it out of the pan. Now roast the dry fruits in this pan. Now add ghee in the pan and fry the fried flour once again. To make flour halwa tasty, add 1 spoon of dry roasted semolina to it. This will enhance the taste of halwa. If you want that the halwa does not burn, then keep stirring it continuously. Along with this, after adding flour to ghee, add 1 spoon of ghee on top and roast. This will prevent the flour from becoming dry. Now add water to the flour and cook it on low flame. Your flour pudding is ready. Add dry fruits to it and now serve it hot.
