Ingredients for making Drumstick Sambar:

Four stalks of drumstick, curry leaves, ginger pieces, 6 to 7 garlic cloves, half cup dry coconut powder, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, a pinch of turmeric, salt according to taste

Method to make Drumstick Sambar: Know how to make Drumstick Sambar:

  • First step: To make Moringa Sambar, first peel the leaves of Moringa and wash them. Now turn on the gas and put water in a big vessel and add Moringa and a pinch of turmeric and salt in it and keep it for boiling.

  • Step 2: While the drumstick is boiling, turn on the gas and place another pan. When the pan is hot, fry half a cup of dry coconut powder, 6 to 7 garlic cloves and 1 onion on it until it turns golden. Turn off the gas after it turns golden.

  • Step 3: Now add 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala along with roasted coconut, onion and garlic in a mixer jar and grind it very finely. Your masala is ready. Now, remove the drumstick from the gas

  • Step 4: Now in the next step, place a pan on the gas and add 2 teaspoons of oil and temper it with curry leaves. After that add tomatoes and cook it well. When the tomatoes melt completely, add the masala to it and fry it well. When the masala is cooked, add drumstick pieces to it. Now add a glass of water to it and keep the vegetable to cook. Cook the vegetable for 10 minutes. Turn off the gas after the stipulated time. Enjoy this vegetable full of taste.
