Cheese Paneer Cutlet

Children often insist on eating paneer cutlet in snacks. If you do not want to feed them outside food, then you can make their favorite paneer cutlets for them at home. Let’s know about the easy recipe of paneer cutlet.

First step- To make paneer cutlet at home, first grate 200 grams of paneer thoroughly. Now you have to boil 2 medium sized potatoes and mash them.

Second step- Now in a bowl, add grated paneer, mashed potatoes, 20 grams grated cheese, 2 chopped green chillies, some ginger, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, half tsp cumin powder, half tsp garam masala, half tsp red chilli powder and salt.

Third step- Now you have to mix all these things well. Now prepare small balls from this mixture and then give them the shape of cutlets.

Fourth step- After this, mix 2 tablespoons of cornflour and one-fourth cup of water in a container and make a thin batter. Also keep one cup of bread crumbs in a plate.

Fifth step- Dip the cutlet in the batter and coat it well in bread crumbs. Also heat the oil in the pan.

Sixth step- Now you have to fry these cutlets till they turn golden. Your cheesy paneer cutlets are ready to serve.
You can serve these homemade paneer cutlets with tomato sauce or green chutney.
