One cup vermicelli, 2 liters milk, 10 almonds, 10 cashews, raisins, 10 pistachios, desi ghee, chironji, 2 teaspoons ghee, 100 grams mawa, sugar according to taste
How to make Mawa Seviyan?
Step 1: To make vermicelli, first turn on the gas and put 2 liters of milk to boil. Take out the vermicelli from the packet and break it.
Second stop: Now turn on the gas on the other side and place a pan on it. When the pan is hot, add 2 teaspoons of Desi Ghee in it and fry 10 almonds, 10 cashews, raisins and 10 pistachios in it until they turn golden. When the dry fruits are fried, take them out in a vessel.
Third stop: Now add 2 teaspoons of ghee in the same pan and fry the vermicelli well till it turns golden. When the vermicelli is fried, take it out from the pan.
Step 4: When the milk becomes hot and starts boiling then add the roasted vermicelli. Now reduce the flame of the gas and let it cook on low flame.
Fifth step: When the vermicelli is cooked well in milk and it becomes slightly thick, then add roasted dry fruits and sugar to it. When the vermicelli is cooked completely, add 100 grams of mawa to it before turning off the gas. Mix the mawa well in the vermicelli. Your vermicelli is ready. Serve it hot.
