Amchur water: To make mango powder water, take 3 glasses of water in a big vessel. Now add 2.5 teaspoons of mango powder, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, half teaspoon of red chili powder, a pinch of asafoetida and salt to this water and mix everything well. Your mango powder water is ready. (If it is mango season, then you can also use mango instead of mango powder to make Pani Puri water)
Tamarind water: When tamarind water is used in Pani Puri, its taste is amazing. To make tamarind water, soak half a cup of tamarind for 1 hour. After the stipulated time, take 3 glasses of water in a big vessel and take out the tamarind pulp and add 1 teaspoon chaat masala, half a teaspoon roasted and ground cumin and salt according to taste.
Jalajeera water: When you taste the Jalajeera water in Pani Puri, its sour taste dissolves in your mouth. To make Jalajeera water, take 3 glasses of water in a vessel and add 1 Jalajeera, 3 teaspoons of sugar powder, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, and salt according to taste. Your Jalajeera water is ready.
Garlic water: People love golgappas with garlic water. To make garlic water, grate 3-4 cloves of garlic and take 3 glasses of water in a big vessel and add grated garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon black salt, half teaspoon black pepper powder, half teaspoon roasted cumin powder and salt according to taste and mix well.
Coriander-mint water: To make coriander-mint water, take equal amounts of green coriander and mint. Now take three glasses of water in a large vessel and add 2 green chillies, half a teaspoon of black salt, lemon juice and a mixture of ground coriander and mint. Now mix all these well. Coriander-mint water is ready.
