Poha Cutlet Recipe

First step- To make this dish, first of all you have to wash one cup poha thoroughly two-three times with clean water.
Second step- Now put the washed poha in a sieve and then drain out all the water and keep the poha in a vessel.
Third step- After this you have to boil potatoes and peel a boiled potato to make poha cutlet.
Fourth step- Now finely chop one onion and half tomato and mix it with poha.
Fifth step- Also mix half spoon chaat masala, half spoon red chili powder, salt and green coriander in poha.
Sixth step- Now mash the potatoes well and give them the shape of cutlets. Wrap the cutlets one by one in rice flour and put them in a pan with hot oil.
You have to fry them till they become light golden and as soon as they become crispy, take them out of the pan. Now your hot poha cutlets are ready to serve. You can enjoy their taste by serving them with chutney.
