Ingredients to make Rava Upma
Semolina- one cup, oil- 2 teaspoons, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped capsicum, 1 chopped carrot, two to three beans, 1 teaspoon gram dal, 1 teaspoon mustard, green chili. – 2, curry leaves-4-5, salt as per taste, coriander leaves
How to make Rava Upma

First step: To make Upma, first turn on the gas and place a pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add 1 teaspoon oil. Now add 1 cup semolina in oil and fry it until it turns golden. When the semolina is roasted, take it out and keep it in another plate.

Second step: Now add 2 teaspoons of oil in the same pan and add 1 teaspoon of chana dal and fry it. When it turns light red, add curry leaves, green chillies and mustard seeds to it. Now after that fry 1 finely chopped onion till it turns brown. When the onion turns golden brown, add all the vegetables together. Now cook the vegetables. When the vegetables are cooked well, add tomatoes. Now fry the vegetables once again. After a few minutes, add salt as per taste and cover and cook the vegetables for a few minutes.

Third step: Now add roasted semolina to these vegetables and mix well. When the vegetables are mixed well, then finally add hot water and let them cook. Your semolina upma is ready. Now at last garnish it with finely chopped coriander.
