Ingredients to make Makhana Chaat
- 2 cups makhana
- 1 spoon desi ghee
- green coriander chutney
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- Boiled Sweet Corn
- sweet and sour chutney
- Curd 2 spoons
- half a spoon of sugar
- Salt to taste
- Spice
- chilli powder
- half cup sev namkeen
- green coriander
- pomegranate seeds
Makhana Chaat Recipe
To make Makhana Chaat, first add ghee in the pan and fry the Makhana on low flame.
Once the makhana is roasted, turn off the gas and leave it to cool. Till then make green chutney.
Prepare thick chutney from coriander, mint, garlic, salt, lemon and green chilli.
Take out the makhana in a bowl and mix sugar and curd along with it.
Now mix chopped onion, tomato and boiled corn in the makhana well.
Now mix all the spices like salt, red chilli, chaat masala well.
Now add the prepared green chutney and salty sev to the makhana and mix.
Mix all the ingredients and garnish with pomegranate seeds and green coriander.
