What to make with leftover rice?

First step- To make cutlets from leftover rice, take a bowl of boiled rice or cooked rice, half a bowl of gram flour or corn flour and half a bowl of semolina in a large container.
Second step- Now in the same container, add one finely chopped onion, 2 finely chopped green chillies, half grated carrot, salt and chaat masala.
Third step- Mix all these things well and make a dough. After this, put 2 big spoons of oil in the pan and let it heat up.
Fourth step- Give the dough the shape of cutlets. Before giving the shape, do not forget to apply a little oil on your hands, otherwise the dough will start sticking to your hands.
Fifth step- Now you have to put the cutlets in hot oil and fry them well. Deep fry the cutlets until they turn brown and then turn off the gas.
Now you can enjoy the taste of hot cutlets by serving them with any chutney. It will take you only 20 to 25 minutes to make cutlets from leftover rice and you will not need many fancy ingredients for this recipe.
