Make healthy breakfast by boiling it in water
Clean about 250 grams of spinach, remove its leaves and grind them finely in a mixer.
To keep the color of spinach green, add 2-3 ice cubes while grinding it.
Take out the ground spinach and add 1 big cup of wheat flour and half a teaspoon of salt to it.
Knead a soft dough by adding some water and cover it and keep it for 10 minutes.
Now mash 3 medium sized boiled potatoes. Add 2 spoons of finely chopped onion in it.
Add 1 finely chopped green chilli, 2 teaspoons grated carrot and 2 teaspoons finely chopped capsicum.
Mix salt, red chilli, coriander powder, mango powder and garam masala in potatoes.
Mix all the ingredients well with potatoes and divide the dough into two parts and make balls.
Put some dry flour on the chopper board and roll the dough into a big and square shape.
Cut off the sides and cut it into small squares so that they can be rolled.
Make a potato roll and place it in the middle of the square portion of dough and roll it.
Press the edges and then make marks with a fork and with the help of a toothpick, close the candy toffee like shape.
Similarly, you have to prepare all the rolls. Now heat water in a pan and when it boils, add these rolls.
After boiling for about 10 minutes, take them out from the water and fry them lightly.
Add cumin, some crushed garlic, red chilli and black sesame seeds and fry in 2 spoons of oil in the pan.
Add boiled rolls in water and add some finely chopped green coriander and cook.
Healthy and very tasty breakfast is ready, which has been prepared by boiling it in water.
