How is makhana raita prepared?
To make Makhana Raita, first fry it on low flame till it turns golden. Then take it out in a plate. After this, take cold curd in a bowl and whisk it well. Add black salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, fresh mint leaves and some finely chopped coriander leaves as per taste and mix it well in the curd. After this, put makhana in the bowl. Your makhana raita is ready. If you want, keep it in the fridge for some time and use it with food.
