Kolkata. The case of alleged rape and murder of a train doctor in RG Kar Medical College Hospital located in Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal, has now become a national issue. Protests are being held against this incident across the country. Especially medical students and doctors are on the streets instead of hospitals and are demanding justice. Doctors are also demanding security in hospitals. Amidst all this, West Bengal Governor CV Anand Bose reacted sharply to this horrific incident and said that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s government has lost the trust of the people. He also said that it seems that some policemen are in cahoots with the goons.

Governor Anand Bose said who is in charge of both the police and health departments…if they are in the hands of the CM, then it is his failure. The West Bengal Governor further said, ‘Why was this incident first described as a suicide? After this, an attempt was made to destroy the evidence. After this, the investigation of the case has now been handed over to the CBI. Now the truth will come out. What is the truth will definitely come out in the CBI investigation.’
