New Delhi. Aam Aadmi Party leader and former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia has come out after getting bail from the Supreme Court after spending about 17 months in Tihar Jail. Now there is talk that Manish Sisodia may soon get an important post in the Delhi government. If Manish Sisodia is once again made Deputy CM in the Delhi government, then it should not be a surprise. Manish Sisodia is considered to be the closest to CM Arvind Kejriwal. In such a situation, Arvind Kejriwal can once again give Manish Sisodia the responsibility of Delhi’s Deputy CM.
Manish Sisodia came out of Tihar Jail on Friday after getting bail from the Supreme Court. Manish Sisodia was arrested by the ED on 26 February 2023 in the liquor scam case. Two days after which Manish Sisodia resigned from the post of Deputy CM of Delhi. Manish Sisodia is an MLA from Patparganj Assembly of Delhi. After being released from jail, Manish Sisodia released a photo of himself drinking tea with his wife and said that the first tea of the morning of independence. Now everyone’s eyes are on whether Arvind Kejriwal makes Manish Sisodia the Deputy CM again in the Delhi government or not.

Among the leaders arrested in the Delhi liquor scam case, Manish Sisodia has been in jail for the longest time. Apart from him, Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh was also sent to jail in this case, but he soon came out on bail. CM Arvind Kejriwal was arrested in the liquor scam case on 21 March 2024 and is still in jail. Although Arvind Kejriwal has been granted bail by the Supreme Court in the ED arrest case, but due to his arrest by the CBI, the Delhi CM has not yet got a chance to come out of jail.
