New Delhi. India’s shooter Manu Bhaker, who created history in Paris Olympics, can create another great record. Manu, who has already won two medals in the current Olympics, can also win the third medal. Manu has qualified in three shooting events in the Olympics. Manu has already won bronze medals in two events. Now her focus will be on the third event i.e. 25 meter air pistol event which will be held on August 2. Considering Manu’s performance in the last two events, she is also considered a strong contender for a medal in the 25 meter air pistol event. If Manu wins a medal in this event as well, she will set a new record by scoring a hat-trick of medals in a single Olympics.
Manu opened India’s account in the current Olympics by winning the bronze medal in the women’s 10 meter air pistol individual category. After this, the pair of Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh brought pride to the country by winning the bronze medal in the 10 meter air pistol mixed team competition. With this, both the medals that India has won so far are due to Manu Bhaker.
