Patna,. The Bihar government transferred several senior officers of the Indian Police Service (IPS) on Tuesday evening. Many officers have also been assigned additional charge. The Home Department has also issued its notification.
According to the notification issued by the Home Department, Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) Pankaj Kumar Darad has been appointed as Additional Director General of Terrorism, Patna till further order and (Law and Order) and Additional Director General of Additional Police of Special Monitoring Unit have been given the additional charge. Apart from this, Dr. Amit Kumar Jain, Additional Director General of Police, Weekly Crime Research Department has been given the additional charge of Additional Director General of Police of Alcoholism.
According to the notification, Rakesh Rathi, Inspector General of Police of Technical Services and Communications, has been made the Inspector General of Police of the Special Branch, abolishing the additional charge of the Economic Offenses Unit (Cybercrime). Ranjit Kumar Mishra, Inspector General of Police of Bihar Special Armed Police, has been made additional charge of Inspector General of Police (Training) and Deputy Inspector General of Police (Personnel) Babu Ram has been made Deputy Inspector General of Police (Northern Division) till further order.
Deputy Inspector General of Police of the Crime Research Department Jayantkanth has been given the additional charge of Deputy Inspector General of Police of the State Crime Records Bureau. Apart from this, Deputy Inspector General of Police of Economic Offenses Unit, Manavjit Singh Dhillon has been freed from the additional charge of the Deputy Inspector General of the Department of Alcohol, while Deputy Inspector General of Anti -Terrorism Squad, Rajiv Mishra, has been given the additional responsibility of Deputy Inspector General of Alcohol Prohibition Department.
Deputy Inspector General of Police of the State Crime Records Bureau, Abhay Kumar Lal has been made Deputy Director of Bihar Police Academy, Rajgir, while Deputy Inspector General, Railway Tauheed Parvez has been given the Deputy Inspector General of Crime Research Department, Deputy Inspector General of Crime Research Department, Rajendra Kumar Bhil, Deputy Inspector General of Personnel, Bihar Special Armed Police -3, Gaya has been handed over to the report of Bihar Special Armed Police -17 Bodh.
Apart from this, Law and Order Superintendent of Police Rajiv Ranjan -A was given the responsibility of Superintendent of Police, Rail, Muzaffarpur and Bihar Special Armed Police -12 Supaul as Superintendent of Police, Bihar Police Academy, Rajgir Assistant Director, Bihar Police Academy, Rajgir Assistant Director Bina Kumari was given the responsibility of Inspector General of Police (Training).
Superintendent of Police, Rail, Muzaffarpur, Vinay Tiwari has been made Superintendent of Police of Cyber Research and Campaign and Bihar Special Armed Police -17 Bodh Gaya has been made Assistant Director, Bihar Police Academy, Rajgir.
