Market assessment of 8 out of the top 10 companies in the country rose by Rs 88,000 crore, HDFC bank was at the forefront

Mumbai, The past was a profitable profit for the stock market. This has increased the market evaluation of 8 out of the top 10 companies in the country by Rs 88,085.89 crore.

The Sensex has closed up 509.61 points or 0.66 percent in the 28 March trading session, increasing the market evaluation of the country’s top companies.

Top ten companies saw an increase in evaluation of HDFC Bank, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India (SBI), Bajaj Finance, Hindustan Unilever and ITC. The evaluation of only Reliance Industries and Infosys has declined during the review period.

HDFC Bank’s market capitalization increased by Rs 44,933.62 crore to Rs 13,99,208.73 crore. The market capitalization of State Bank of India (SBI) also increased a strong increase of Rs 16,599.79 crore, which led to its evaluation to Rs 6,88,623.68 crore.

The evaluation of TCS increased by Rs 9,063.31 crore to Rs 13,04,121.56 crore, while ICICI Bank’s evaluation increased by Rs 5,140.15 crore to Rs 9,52,768.61 crore.

The market evaluation of ITC and Hindustan Unilever has increased by Rs 5,032.59 crore and Rs 2,796.01 crore.

Bharti Airtel’s market assessment increased by Rs 2,651.48 crore to Rs 9,87,005.92 crore, while Bajaj Finance’s market capitalization increased by Rs 1,868.94 crore, which increased its total assessment of Rs 5,54,715.12 crore.

In contrast, the market evaluation of Infosys has fallen by Rs 9,135.89 crore, reducing the company’s valuation to Rs 6,52,228.49 crore.

The market cap of Reliance Industries has reduced by Rs 1,962 crore to Rs 17,25,377.54 crore.

Even after fluctuations, the Indian stock market has given positive returns in FY 25.

In the current financial year, the Sensex and Nifty have given 5.11 percent returns and Nifty has given a return of 5.34 percent respectively. On the occasion of Eid, the Indian stock markets will be closed on Monday and trading will be held from Tuesday the next day.
