Maulana Mufti Shahabuddin Rajvi Barelvi, National President of All India Muslim Jamaat, has questioned the campaign being run by the state governments against the madrasas of Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh. He said that this act is to strangle justice. Shahabuddin Rajvi Barelvi said in a statement on Monday that the constitution has given open permission to the minorities to open, operate, operate their institutions, teach. Now in such a situation, running a bulldozer on the madrasa of Madhya Pradesh, the closure of the madrasas of the Uttarakhand government is a step against the constitution. There is no right to rule to run bulldozers in madrasas or close them. This step is going to strangle justice. These are the same madrasas who have played an important role in freedom in the wars from 1857 to 1947.
Maulana has told the Uttarakhand government to immediately open the 13 madrasas sealed in Haldwani, if there is no lack of papers in these madrasas or education in a better way, then it can be repaired, but ordering the madrasas is to be strangled.
Questioning the intention of the administration, Maulana said that the madrasas who have been accused of operating without registration are already registered under the Society Act 1860, now it is the responsibility of recognizing the recognition of recognition, and the district administration works negligent in the recognition of madrasas. The operators of madrasas are unable to lobbuage strongly due to corruption rounds and huge amount of money.
Maulana further said that if the Madhya Pradesh government and the Uttarakhand government continue to work against the institutions of minorities, then it will be very difficult to maintain trust in the slogan ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’ given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
