Lucknow . Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati accused the Samajwadi Party (SP) of inciting tension and violence for Dalit votes. He called SP’s rhetoric and programs a politics of narrow selfishness. Mayawati has appealed to Dalits, backward and Muslims not to get under the influence of SP. BSP supremo and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati on Thursday posted a sharp attack on the Samajwadi Party and posted on the social media platform X. He said, “It is known that like other parties, the SP, especially the Dalit people of the party, by furthering the atmosphere of tension and violence, the era of their highly controversial rhetoric, allegations, counter-allegations and programs, etc., seems to be the politics of their gross narrow selfish interest. Because the SP can also go to any extent here for the selfishness of Dalits.”
Mayawati said, “So Dalits as well as other backward and Muslim society etc. should not come under any fierce pretext and they must avoid falling prey to the political tactics of this party. Also, instead of getting the opportunistic Dalits associated with such parties to comment on the history of others, they will be appropriate if they tell about the goodness and struggle of their society.
Earlier on Wednesday, Mayawati held an important meeting with senior party officials and district presidents in the state of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. In this meeting, the party organization was reviewed in both the states.
In the meeting, BSP chief Mayawati had targeted the BJP, saying that the BJP government of double engine is devoted to the people of a few fields and groups, not working according to the proper interest, welfare and development of crores of poor Bahujans of the Sarvajamaj, and also wants to look the same, which is affecting the multi-preferred and highly confined growth of UP.
Whereas, in all the four governments of BSP, along with providing justice to the Sarv Samaj and making proper partners in development, the rule of law was strictly established by law, especially crores of Dalits, backward, women, farmers and unemployed, etc. were given special emphasis on protecting, protecting, safety and providing justice of other neglected, which had an atmosphere of peace everywhere. Therefore, the UP and Uttarakhand BJP governments also need to fulfill the right constitutional obligation to work by considering karma instead of karma instead of karma, in which the public and country interest lies completely.
