New Delhi. A very horrific road accident happened today in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. A minor student who had bunked school and had gone out for a stroll with his girlfriend and friend, hit a mother-daughter riding a scooter while doing a stunt with a high speed car. The car hit the scooter at a speed of 100 kmph so hard that the woman died while her daughter is seriously injured and has been admitted to the hospital. This accident happened in Kidwai police station area of Kanpur, its video is also going viral on social media.

It can be seen in the video that due to the collision of the car, the mother and daughter riding the scooty jumped in the air and fell on the road and were dragged for a long distance. There were four people in the car, including two students and two girl students. All four of them had bunked school and had gone out for a walk. The school uniforms of all four were also found in the car. This means that these people were roaming around after changing their uniforms. DCP South said that a case of culpable homicide has been registered on the complaint of the deceased woman’s husband Anoop Mishra. The minor driving the car has been sent to the juvenile home while his father Ashok Kumar Maurya has been arrested and sent to jail. The parents of the other students in the car are also being talked to.

Anoop Mishra, a resident of Keshav Nagar, works in HDFC Bank. He told that his wife Bhavna was taking daughter Medhavi to the doctor when this accident happened in Saket Nagar. Medhavi is a student of class 8 in Thant Thomas School located in Kidwai Nagar. Her arms, legs and hip bones are broken. Although the deceased Bhavna was wearing a helmet, despite that her head was fractured and many bones of the body were broken. The age of the minor driving the car is said to be 16 years, he is a student of class 12 in Mother Teresa School located in Kidwai Nagar. His family lives in Sagarpuri of Naubasta.
