Shiv Kumar Pandey told Local 18 that earlier all kinds of salt were prepared using Ayurvedic methods. But now no company makes it. Because it takes a lot of time and hard work to make it. Companies grind cloves and add salt. They sell it in the name of clove salt. But it is not clove salt but salted cloves. Because clove salt should contain 100% salt and not clove powder.
He further said that it takes a long time to prepare clove salt. It is made using clove and rock salt through a continuous process for two months. After which 100% pure clove salt is prepared. Which is 100% pure. But it has the properties of clove.
Eliminates dental problems
He told that if there is pain in the teeth, pyorrhea or bad odor, then applying a pinch of clove salt gives relief from these problems. Along with this, if there is a severe cough, then keep less than half a gram in the mouth and by tasting it, the cough can be cured. Along with this, eating this salt after eating food is also beneficial in digesting food.
