Dungarpur. On the auspicious occasion of Hariyali Teej, a grand block level plantation program was organized on 27 July 2025 today at the local Gram Panchayat Complex Piplada. This program was organized with the aim of making the Chief Minister’s budget announcement “Mission Hariyalo Rajasthan” successful, in which officers and employees of various departments and private institutions participated extensively. The purpose of this initiative is to make the state green and spread awareness about environmental protection. In the program, officers and employees of Panchayati Raj, Education Department, Forest Department, Women and Child Development Department, Revenue Department and other government departments and private institutions attended a large number of saplings. All together contributed to making this important campaign a success.
In the program, social worker Banshilal Katara, Sub Divisional Officer Sanvaralal Absara, Development Officer Dungarpur Praveen Singh Rao, Deputy Principal Dungarpur Gulab Singh, Principal Mukesh Kumar Joshi, Sarpanch Suryadevi Kalasua, Additional Development Officer Gaurishankar Katara, Assistant Engineer Balkrishna Kataid, Upadhyaya Junior Technical Assistant, Mahesh Patajan, Mahesh Patajan, Mahesh Singh, Social worker Jayanti Kalasua, Village Development Officer Hardik Sharma, Devendra Singh Patwari, Junior Assistant Manjula Saad and officials of local villagers and all departments were present.
All together planted saplings and gave the message of environmental protection. Such programs will not only increase greenery in the area but will also awaken the responsibility of environment among the people. Campaigns like “Mission Hariyalo Rajasthan” are playing an important role in taking the state to a green future.
