Dermatologist and beauty expert Madhurima (VLCC Beauty Expert and Diploma in Dermatology) from Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, told Local 18 that there are many things kept in your kitchen which prove to be very effective in removing blemishes. If you apply it diligently for just two weeks without skipping a day, even the deepest spots will become lighter.
This thing is quite effective:,
• First of all, raw milk kept in the kitchen is considered very effective in removing stains from the face. Because raw milk contains lactic acid, which lightens the stains. You should wash your face with raw milk every morning and evening with the help of cotton. Have to wipe and then wash the face.
• Second is aloe vera gel, massage the face with aloe vera gel for at least 5 minutes. Because Vitamin E is found in it which reduces pigmentation and blemishes. You can also apply aloe vera gel and sleep at night.
• Third, you can make a paste by taking raw milk, turmeric and a little gram flour. Actually, turmeric has antibacterial properties and gram flour works to lighten the stains. This paste can be used twice a week.
• Apart from this, you have to apply a good moisturizer and never forget to apply sunscreen on top. Not using sunscreen causes spots to appear on the face. Use sunscreen at least three times a day. You will see that the spots are gradually reducing.
