This step has been taken by the Government of India in view of the latest situation after the coup in Bangladesh. This committee will be headed by ADG, Border Security Force, Eastern Command. Union Home Minister Amit Shah shared this information through social media. According to the Home Minister, this committee formed by the central government will monitor the activities on the border as well as ensure the safety of Indian citizens, Hindus, minorities living in Bangladesh.
