Let us tell you that the situation in Bangladesh is still tense. A large number of people are trying to cross the border and enter India. BSF jawans are already on high alert on the 4,096 km long India-Bangladesh border. Just yesterday, intelligence agencies had claimed that many prisoners have escaped from the jail in Bangladesh taking advantage of the current situation there. These prisoners also include people involved in terrorist incidents. Now these people are trying to leave Bangladesh and infiltrate into India.

Security agencies have said that the prisoners who escaped from the jail also include terrorists of Bangladesh’s banned Islamic terrorist organization Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) and Ansarullah Bang Team (ABT). Taking advantage of the situation, these people want to enter the Indian border by becoming part of the crowd. A day before this, about 500 Bangladeshi citizens from various villages of Panchgarh district had tried to enter India. However, Border Security Force (BSF) jawans stopped the Bangladeshi citizens on the border near Jalpaiguri in West Bengal.
