Responding to questions from various leaders including opposition leader Rahul Gandhi in the Lok Sabha, the Foreign Minister did not deny the role of foreign governments for the coup and the current situation in Bangladesh, but stressed that the situation is very volatile and the government is keeping an eye on it. He said, the situation is changing every moment.
Let us tell you that after Sheikh Hasina left Bangladesh, the army has taken over the command for the time being. Bangladesh Army Chief General Waqar-uz-Zaman had announced yesterday that an interim government would be formed soon. The Army Chief appealed to the protesters for peace and said that there will be no solution through violence, so the people of the country should support us. People should not take the law into their own hands, we will consider whatever injustice has been done to the army.
