The case is about 3 years ago, when a girlfriend filed a case of rape, abortion and threatening against her married lover. In this case, the court has acquitted the accused lover and it is based on an agreement, which was already done from the FIR.

The court said that the agreement shows that the girl already knew that her lover was married. Still she was ready to live with her and later filed an FIR against her lover.
FIR lodged after one month
A month after the FIR was registered, the court ruled to acquit. The court also admitted that even before registering an FIR, there was an agreement between the lover and girlfriend, in which the condition was that the accused lover would be with the victim 7 days and 7 days with his wife.
