According to the police, Shiv Sharan’s mother died three months ago due to jaundice. He was in deep depression since the mother’s death, but still continued studying with uncle and grandmother. But his pain was breaking him inside. He ended this pain through suicide. The suicide note that he got from him is written in it: “I am Shiv Sharan. I am dying because I don’t want to live anymore. I should have left only when my mother left. But I stayed for uncle and grandmother. Yesterday my mother came in dreams. She asked me why I am so sad and said that I came to him. So I decided to die.”
Emotional message left for family
In the suicide note, Shiv Sharan also expressed deep gratitude to his uncle and grandmother. He wrote: “You have given me more love than my parents. Uncle, take care of my sister after I leave. Don’t send grandmother to Papa. You all be happy.” This suicide note is not only the last goodbye of a child, but it is also a link to make the society aware of mental health.
