A sensational and tragic case has come to light from the Turkish police station area of Muzaffarpur district of Bihar, in which a son got angry with his mother’s illicit relationship and killed the mother’s lover and buried the body in the field. This incident has been stirred up in the entire area. Accused Avinash, who is a resident of Chhajan village, killed a 26 -year -old youth Jeetu and hid the body in the field. Police recovered the body from the farm two days ago and arrested the accused.
The case is from Turkish police station area, where the police have resolved the murder. According to police, the deceased Jeetu was missing since May 7. When nothing was found out despite much research, on 20 May, his wife lodged a complaint of disappearance in the police station. The police reached the spot and after investigation, he was recovered from the farm. The body was sent to SKMCH for postmortem.
Police investigation revealed that Avinash’s mother and the deceased Jeetu had long illegal relations, which had caused mental stress and resentment for Avinash. About five years ago, Avinash saw his mother in an objectionable position with Jeetu, which shook her from inside. Because of this he was constantly under stress and his displeasure towards Jeetu was increasing.
During the police interrogation, Avinash said that on the night of May 7, Jeetu had come to his house and started trying to forcefully enter the house at midnight. Avinash tried to stop him, but did not consider Jeetu and there was a fight between the two. After the quarrel, Jeetu ran away from the house and went towards the farm, where Avinash chased him. There was a fight between the two in the field, in which Avinash attracted Jeetu’s head with a bamboo pole kept in the field, causing him to be seriously injured and died some time later.
After the murder, Avinash did not suspect anyone, so brought a hoe from the house and dug a pit in the field and buried the dead body. He also broke the mobile of the deceased and threw it into the bush so that no clues were found.
When Jeetu did not reach home, his wife started investigating, but no information was received. For this reason, he lodged a complaint about the disappearance of the husband in the police station. Two days ago, the villagers saw someone’s slippers and legs out of the soil in the field, informed the police. The police excavated and recovered the body and identified it on the basis of clothes and belts.
When the role of Avinash came to light in the investigation, the police arrested him and recovered the hoe and mobile used in the murder. During interrogation, the accused admitted his crime.
SDPO Animesh Chandra Giani said that the deceased’s wife had filed a report of her husband’s disappearance on 20 May. During the investigation, it was also revealed that even six years ago, a case of misbehavior of the woman of Jeetu Ram came to light, due to which there was a dispute. The accused has been arrested and sent to jail.
The case presents the hallmark of violence caused by the complexities of family relationships and illegal relations, which raise questions about security and social understanding in the region. The police is investigating the case intensively.
