It talks about criminalizing officers who allegedly make false statements in Parliament. A debate first broke out between the MPs of Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) and Kuomintang (KMT) regarding the proposal and then the matter escalated so much that an uproar and fight started in the Parliament.
