Ranchi. It would be a great irony if people in the world’s largest democratic country could not exercise their franchise. It is said that in a democratic system, the more people exercise their franchise, the stronger the society and country becomes. But see the misfortune of Khalil, a resident of Mandro block of Sahebganj district, that he has not voted even once till the age of 92. According to the information, he knew the value of his franchise but due to government chaos and social cruelty, he was never able to exercise his vote.
Khalil says that he went to the booth several times to vote. But, due to rebuke from the officials there, he was forced to return. Khalil says that many times he gets tears in his eyes after seeing other people voting that everyone is electing their government as per their rights but I am not able to get my rights. Khalil tells that 92 years of his life have passed. But, till date his voter card has not been made. His wish is to vote this year. If voter card is made then this time you will vote in the elections.
Voter ID card has not been made yet
People in Khalil’s neighborhood say that Khalil had expressed his desire to vote several times. But, Khalil is handicapped in both eyes. He is unable to even see and because of this he is unable to even go to the authorities. Several attempts were made to make voter card but it was not successful. Meanwhile, on Khalil not being able to cast his vote, Chief Electoral Officer K. Ravi Kumar has said that Khalil is a 92 year old man who has no one in his house and he is handicapped in his eyes. He was also in Bihar for some days. Perhaps this was the reason why his voter card could not be made.
On one side ED inquiry and on the other side MLA Amba Prasad released VIDEO SONG, after politics now entry into acting!

The Chief Electoral Officer said that when I got information about him during the field visit, I went to him. Khalil also told us that he is handicapped in both eyes, so how will he vote. After this we have told him everything and he has been registered. This time he will be able to exercise his franchise.
