New Delhi. Preparations are underway to form the central government after the NDA’s victory in the elections. According to media reports, outgoing Prime Minister Narendra Modi will take oath of office on June 9. According to a report by news agency ANI, the swearing-in ceremony will take place on June 9 at 6 pm. Earlier this ceremony was to be held on June 8, but now its date has been changed to June 9. It is worth noting that no single party got an absolute majority in the 18th Lok Sabha elections. BJP emerged as the largest party, although it fell 32 seats short of an absolute majority. As a result, BJP is forming the government with its alliance partners. TDP and JD(U) have demanded one ministerial post for every four of their MPs. If Modi Cabinet 3.0 is formed on this basis, then TDP will get four departments and JD(U) will get three departments. Apart from this, JDS leader Kumaraswamy is demanding two ministerial posts for his son and son-in-law.
