The Uttar Pradesh Madrasa Education Council has made the national anthem compulsory in all aided and non-aided madrassas from the new session. Every madrassa will have to sing the national anthem together with the teachers and students along with other prayers before starting the classes.
The council in its meeting on Thursday also decided to conduct the examinations of Munshi-Maulvi, Alim, Kamil and Fazil between May 14 and 27. After May 20, the Madrasa Board examinations will be conducted in the madrassas if the colleges are not vacant due to summer holidays and UP Board answer sheet evaluation in the schools of the Board of Secondary Education. This decision was taken on Thursday in a meeting chaired by Madrasa Board President Iftikhar Ahmed Javed.
There will be six question papers
Madrasa Board will now have six question papers. In this, apart from Diniyat, there will be question papers of English, English, Mathematics, Science and Social Science in the syllabus from class 1 to 8.
