Bhilwara. An important information has been released by the Government of India for travelers traveling on national highways. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has launched a fastag-based annual pass for non-commercial vehicles (cars, jeep, vans), with effective from 15 August 2025. Price of the annual pass: ₹ 3000 has been kept, the validity of which has been fixed to 1 year (or till crossing 200 toll plazas, whichever is earlier). The annual pass will be linked to the existing valid fastag and the annual pass holders will get exemption from toll fee on toll plaza on any national highway, no matter how much the toll fee on that plaza.
NHAI has started testing and awareness programs of annual pass facility at all toll plazas. Therefore, common people can use this service as needed.
