Bikaner. National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination (NEET-UG) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) 2025 today was concluded peacefully in Bikaner district. Out of 6 thousand 379 candidates registered in this examination held at 19 examination centers of the district headquarters from 2 pm to 5 pm, 6 thousand 265 were present, while 114 were absent. District Collector Namrata Vrishni and Superintendent of Police Kavendra Sagar inspected various examination centers to ensure fairness and smooth operation of the examination. He reviewed the centers set up at Government Polytechnic College, Government Higher Secondary School Shivbadi, Government Ganga Bal Vidyalaya and Government Queen Sudarshan Kanya College and instructed the officials to conduct the examination in full fair and transparent manner.
Mahipal Singh, Principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya, said that a total of 6 thousand 379 students were registered at 19 centers of the city, out of which 114 were absent and 6 thousand 265 candidates made their presence felt. For the successful conduct of the examination, the center superintendent, supervisor, detective, administrative officer and employees were appointed at each center level. Jammer was installed at all examination centers by the NTA and CCTV cameras were arranged in each examination hall. In addition, a complete videography of each examination hall was also conducted.
Various officers and employees were deputed by the District Administration and Police Department to ensure smooth and fair operation of the examination. During the inspection, Additional District Collector (City) Ramesh Dev was also present with the District Collector and Superintendent of Police. It is a matter of relief for both the district administration and the candidates. Now everyone is waiting for the results of the exam.
