New Delhi. India is going to celebrate its 77th Independence Day. This day is going to be even more special for PM Modi. After winning the Lok Sabha elections for the third time, he will hoist the tricolor flag from the ramparts of the Red Fort for the first time in his tenure. PM Modi is going to create history by giving a speech from the Red Fort for the 11th time. He will be the first non-Congress Prime Minister to do so. After Jawaharlal Nehru and Indira Gandhi, PM Modi is going to be the first PM who will be a part of this historic moment. Before this, Nehru had created history by giving speeches from the Red Fort 17 times and Indira Gandhi 16 times.

Arrangements have been made to listen to PM Modi’s speech live after reaching the Red Fort. However, the seats there are limited and have already been booked. In such a situation, people have a chance to listen to PM Modi’s speech on Independence Day through live streaming. The Prime Minister’s speech can be heard live on TV and mobile phones. Live broadcast of the PM’s speech will be available on Doordarshan. Apart from this, it will also be broadcast on other news channels. The Independence Day program will start at 7.30 am.
