The Deputy Commissioner of Police said that Rajendra Gupta was accused of murdering his brother, his wife and father in 1997, so the first suspect in the new incident was Rajendra, but some time after the incident, the police found him in an under-construction room in Rohaniya area. The body of Rajendra Gupta was also found, he too had been shot.

Vicky worked in Bengaluru and came home on Diwali. He told that three youths from Bihar living on rent in Bhaidaini, Bhelupur of Rajendra are being searched, whose location has been found.
