A case of a heinous murder that embarrassed relationships with Banda district of Uttar Pradesh has come to light, in which the nephew brutally murdered his own uncle along with his colleagues. The reason for the murder was related to greed, fraud and fake deals of land. The police have arrested the three accused after disclosing this sensational murder.
What is the whole matter?
This heartbreaking incident is from Shiva village of Bisanda police station area of Banda district, where on October 29, the police found the body of a person lying in a roadside ditch. The body was identified as Buddha Vilas Pandey. In the initial investigation, the police found the matter suspicious, after which they started investigating the matter in depth.
During the investigation, the police suspected the deceased’s nephew, Adesh Pandey. When the order was interrogated in custody, he made shocking revelations.
Story behind murder: greed, fraud and fear
Adesh Pandey confessed that he had taken a loan of five lakh rupees from his uncle in 2023. With this money he bought a bulldozer, but when Buddha Vilas started asking for money back, the order started getting angry.
The story of greed and conspiracy started from here. The order sold a valuable land of his uncle to someone else’s name in a fake way. In order to hide this deal, he made a deal on paper by calling another person a Buddha luxury. He was afraid that if the uncle came to know the reality of selling the land, then there would be a huge controversy in the house and he would be caught.
This fear pushed the order on a dreadful path – killing uncle.
Murder plan and cruel execution
Adesh, along with two of his colleagues, called uncle Buddha Vilas from Lucknow and took him in his four -wheeler and took him to a deserted area. There, the three strangled them with a rope and threw the body into a roadside ditch. After executing the murder, all three escaped from the spot.
Police action and recovered evidence
The Banda police closely investigated to reach the bottom of the murder. When the order was strictly interrogated after taking custody, he confessed his crime. After this, the police arrested the three accused and recovered the rope used in the murder from them, documents of fake land and car.
ASP Shivraj’s statement
Giving information to the media, Superintendent of Police (ASP) Shivraj said, “The murder was planned carefully. The accused first fraudulently committed financial fraud, and when they started opening, we were murdered to hide it. We have arrested the three accused. Many important evidences have been recovered from them. They have been sent to judicial custody and further legal action is being taken.”
Question on relationships, law screws
This murder has once again raised the question whether the greed has now become bigger than the relationship? A person who helped his nephew was so brutally ended. The hunger for land and money made a person goth. Due to the strictness and promptness of the police, the matter was resolved quickly, otherwise the accused may have escaped for a long time. This incident also showed that no one can escape the law, whether hidden in relationships or has been planned.
conclusion
This murder of Banda is not only a symbol of cruelty, but it is also a warning of the falling moral values of the society. The nephew who started his life by sitting on his uncle’s shoulders, he ended him forever due to deception, greed and fear. Now that the accused are under police custody, the law will do its job, but for the families of Buddha Vilas, this wound rarely heals. This incident reminds us that faith and honesty are the most important in family relationships – otherwise the lies made of greed, deception and fear finally turn into blood.
