Azam Khan got bail from the Allahabad High Court in the Enemy Property case, but he is not expected to come out of jail yet. The reason is that recently another case has been registered against him. Meanwhile, on Wednesday, the Supreme Court asked the UP government on Azam Khan’s bail, why is there a coincidence that another case is being registered as soon as Azam Khan gets bail?
The hearing on Azam Khan’s bail plea was fixed in the Supreme Court on Wednesday. A bench headed by Justices L Nageswara Rao, BR Gavai and Bopanna is hearing the matter.
The Supreme Court said that after hearing in one case, more complaints will be filed. When Azam Khan gets bail in one case, why the coincidence of registering another case? On this, the State Council said that this is a misconception. We will file an affidavit on this.
