New DelhiOn the third day of Chaitra Navratri, a huge crowd of devotees thronged the famous Kalkaji temple in Delhi. Long queues of devotees were seen from Tuesday morning to see Mata Kalkaji. The enthusiasm of the devotees is at its peak and they are waiting for the mother in the temple for hours.
Devotees who arrived to see Mata Kalkaji expressed their deep faith and enthusiasm.
A devotee shared his feelings after darshan, saying, “We have the privilege of worshiping. Mata Rani definitely has deep faith. The mind comes to the temple and the mind gets peace and it seems that the mother will fulfill every wish.”
A devotee said, “The number of devotees in the temple has been increasing since morning. As the day climbs, the crowd will increase further.”
The priests and administration of the temple say that every year in these days, millions of devotees arrive to see Mata Kalkaji. In view of the huge crowd of devotees, the local police and administration are on alert mode to avoid any kind of inconvenience.
Additional arrangements have been made for the convenience of devotees along with security arrangements in the temple premises. At the same time, the administration has made adequate security arrangements to handle the crowd. In these days of Navratri, like every year, millions of devotees are expected to arrive in the temple. The faith of the devotees and the spiritual atmosphere of the temple is making this festival more special.

On Tuesday, the third day of Chaitra Navratri, worship of Maa Chandraghanta is being done across the country. According to Goddess Bhagwat Purana, the form of Maa Chandraghanta is extremely calm, gentle and mamatamayi, who blesses her devotees of happiness, prosperity and peace. He is known as Chandraghanta due to beautification of an hour -shaped half moon on the mother’s forehead.
Mother Chandraghanta’s body color is shiny like gold and her vehicle is Leo. According to religious beliefs, this goddess has ten hands, which are equipped with weapons such as lotus, bow, arrow, khadg, kamandal, sword, trident and mace. A garland of white flowers around the mother’s neck and the gemstone crown at the top further enhances their divinity. The mother Chandraghanta Tantra, who is sitting in war, is considered to control the Manipur Chakra in Sadhana.
According to mythological beliefs, worshiping Maa Chandraghanta gives the devotees to increase material pleasures as well as influence and respect in the society. On this day, devotees are visiting and worshiping the mother in temples. Devotees were particularly excited to get the blessings of Maa Chandraghanta on this third day of Navratri.
